payment, Shipping and returns


Through your order, you approve our terms and conditions, delivery terms and payment terms.


All prices in the shop are exclusive shipping costs and including 21% VAT.

Payments can be made through iDeal and Paypal. If you want to reserve a product, please let us know by email. With part of our collection it is possible to make a viewing appointment. These orders will go through an invoice written by us.

Principally you receive your order without invoice. We do offer the option in the ordering process to save or print your payment confirmation.

If you still would like to receive an invoice, of course this is possible. Specify this at "remarks" in the ordering process.


Dutch Living will carefully pack and ship your items. Packages between 0 and 30 kg are sent via PostNL.

For larger or heavier items we make use of a Dutch Living Delivery Service.

The self-pick up of products is always possible. Select this option in your order and will make an appointment with you. Note: this is in Loosdrecht, the Netherlands.

Shipping or delivery is always only after payment.


Not satisfied with your product? Report it to us immediately! It could be that a product is disappointing. Returning a product is possible within 7 days, after personal or e-mail contact. Please keep in mind that the majority of our collection consists of authentic, unique and natural products.

This is indicated per product by the note: ‘’this is a natural or handmade product. Dutch Living is not responsible for small differences ".

If you choose to return an order, you will of course receive a full refund. We will do this as soon as possible (within 30 days max). These extra shipping costs will be for your own account.
